The company has an industrial plant of 80.000 m2 in Cabezón de Pisuerga, 12 km from Valladolid, with state-of-the-art facilities suitable for the processes of Fat Splitting, Fatty Acid and Glycerine Distillation, Hydrogenation and Atomization.

Since 2016, Mateos, S.L. has held the GMP + FSA quality and food safety programme certification. This certification demonstrates the commitment of our company to produce animal feed additives in a responsible, safe and quality-based way.

What do we produce?
Mateos, S.L. is a producer of distilled fatty acids, extracted from the following raw materials, both plant and animal:

These distilled fatty acids are hydrogenated at our facilities and are supplied in containers as well as in tanks.
